- How long, from time of order, can I expect to receive my order?
Orders are shipped within one week of placement for items that are in stock. The average delivery time is 1-2 weeks from this date; however, we do not guarantee any specific time frame.
- What if I need my order by a specific time?
In special circumstances, we may be able to arrange rush delivery. Please contact us at sales@foundstyle.net for rush delivery options and quotes.
- What happens if an item arrives damaged?
If merchandise arrives to you damaged please hold onto the original packaging and notify us immediately to arrange the return. Once received (in original packaging) we will replace in stock items free of charge. If the product is no longer available a store credit will be issued in the form of a Gift Certificate.

All items are priced in Canadian Dollars.

All orders are processed through PayPal which accepts Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

No, you do not need to have a PayPal account in order to shop with us.
- If an item I like is out of stock, will you be getting more in?
Many of our items are vintage, one-of-a-kind and/or seasonal and unfortunately we might not be able to replace them. However, if an item is a best seller, we will always have our eye out for replacements. So keep checking back!
